The High Voltage Inc. ALT-120/60 is a portable AC hipot test set designed for testing the dielectric strength of aerial lifts, booms, bucket trucks, and liners, meeting ANSI 92.2 standards. 1 It can also be used for AC over-voltage withstand testing on larger capacitive loads. Key features include a continuously adjustable AC voltage, a 2-range voltmeter, a multi-range current meter, and a built-in timer. It has a gapped core transformer for up to 7.2 kVA of output power. 1
