The Meiruike (REK) Model RK2670 (most commonly seen as the RK2670AM) is a benchtop Withstand Voltage Tester, widely known in the electrical industry as a Hipot (High Potential) Tester.
The RK2670 applies a high voltage to a device under test (DUT) to ensure its insulation is sufficient to protect users from electrical shock. If the insulation breaks down or the leakage current exceeds a pre-set threshold, the tester triggers an alarm and immediately cuts the power.

Leakage Current Range: 0 to 2 mA / 0 to 20 mA (selectable ranges).
