The Vanguard Instruments ATRT-03B Series 2 is a microprocessor-based, automatic, three-phase, transformer turns-ratio tester. It is the third generation of the ATRT-03B series, and it offers a number of improvements over previous models.

ATRT-03B Series 2
The ATRT-03B Series 2 can measure turns ratios from 0.8 to 15,000, and it can detect and test 130 transformer types defined by ANSI, CEI/IEC and Australian standards. It features a backlit LCD screen, an alpha-numeric keypad, and a built-in thermal printer.
It can store up to 112 test records and 128 test plans in Flash EEPROM memory. Test records or test plans can be stored or transferred to and from a PC via the available interfaces (RS-232C port, USB port, USB Flash drive port).
