The floor weights are used to hold the test leads in place on the ESD flooring. The test leads are used to connect the megohmmeter to the ESD flooring. The alligator clips can be used to connect the test leads to the ESD flooring or to other objects.
The black test probe is used to probe for voltage on the ESD flooring. The grip probes are used to hold the test leads in place.
